What happened is, Akuma and Goutetsu's battle started while Ryu was fighting Gen, Gen sensed it, ended up on the floor like that talking to himself, and Ryu won. Quite a fucking way for Ryu to find out about his masters death aye?

So what's going on in the video is Gen lying on the floor after just having lost that battle, sensing Akuma battling Gouken, and also talking to himself like the old senile cracker he is.
