I'm trying to recall this old movie I watched back as a kid. It was in a high school where these kids were turned "perfect" after being put into some school program which the principal controlled.


The story started with a new kid arriving at the high school and he is befriended with a kind of punk/goth guy they turn out to be really good friends then the goth/punk kid starts to tell the new kid a conspiracy happening in the school, starts to mention a program that made his goth/punk friends into preps and they ended up getting good grades, they dressed better(preppy) and basically didn't hang out with the goth/punk kid anymore.


Stuff I remember:
- At the time I remember it came on Channel 5 in the UK.
- I remember a scene where the janitor has put some kind of radio that emits this high pitched screech.

- The goth/punk and the new kid is walking on the beach and I remember that the goth/punk kid was saying how he was not gonna let his parents put him into the school program and then he took out a handgun and said how he threatened to kill them if he was forced, in which the new kid tries to persuade him and disarms him and the goth/punk kid is pissed says "FUCK" and both go home.

Hmm. My initial thought is that this would get done really bad. However, if it was done with more of a focus on the play for an individual instead of for group play, then I think it could really be successful. For example, complicated quests, massive free-roaming exploring (not like WOW where the monsters get impossible unless you sit in one location forever building up your level.) If the whole world was balanced more by equipment than by leveling and rare equipment was actually rare, I think that would be tons-o-fun.

Sounds like a great idea actually but would be hard to do. I don't see the difference between this and your usual epic RPG Maker game though?

Make a variable, name it and then in the Variable Operations, click Other and in the drop down list choose Money. That will get the amount of money that your party has and you can use it to display the amount of currency in your CMS.

I was at the arcade recently and so hooked onto driving games now I don't know why... Anyone know any really fun driving games for the 360. I want to get better at driving games because I'm ever so hopeless and could use some practice so please name a few. On another note just got Prototype and finding it extremely fun.

I would like to help bring this website back to it's "golden age" as I spent a lot of time on here as a kid. I'd hate to see it rot away when it can become useful for the newer generation of indie game makers out there.

@UPRC: Very nice sprite but at the 3rd row down, 2nd column you should probably horizontally flip the hair so that when it's in-game it doesn't look weird.

@Killer Wolf: Lovely, I thought you stopped your western rpg and continued with your Star Wars one?

The Burning Grail seems like a nice play.

It's a great game, I have completed it 3 times now. Which is saying a lot for a RPG Maker game since I never complete any.

Could you upload the latest version of the demo you got I didn't get to complete it last time.

Dark Sector, I'm actually kinda indifferent to this game... It's alright for the price I brought it for which was £7.

I have brought a new computer and it came with the ATI Radeon HD 3450 Graphics Card, problem is I had trouble getting the computer to display on my TFT monitor but I found out it was the graphics card. Now that it has been taken out, I finally have the display on my TFT monitor. I'm just wondering if my GPU is faulty or is there another problem?

You could just make a condition that is invoked on the character when the character chooses to change stance, example: The character chooses Offensive stance then a condition called "Offense" could be invoked on the character. The "Offense" condition doubles the character's attack. You could also be able to do this for Defensive and Mobile stance.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 on the PSP is lots of fun so far!

Oh wait my bad, I didn't know it was the B button I just beat up a gunstore owner and stole a few guns! I keep getting distracted in here, is it just me or is everyone prone to causing unnecessary chaos?
