I personally liked FF12, but that opinion does not make anything about this statement any less true. I think if anyone has any true appreciation for what FF12 had to offer them personally, then they should be willing to accept that the game did indeed suck in a general, overall sense.

I think by openly acknowledging that, it shows my maturity as a gamer and as a human being.
FF12 Had some awesome writing and gameplay but the overall experience didn't make sense. I liked FF12 as well but the game did sucked as you were just repeating what had already been done just like any game, Dante's Inferno is exactly like God of War and God of War is exactly like Devil May Cry but you still enjoy the game for what it is, Balthier I really liked but he wasn't enough to save the game, Vaan and that weren't supposed to be in the game but the guy directing it initially had health problems squareenix took over and fucked it up, Barsh was supposed to be the main character for the series, Ashe was supposed to be dead, etc.

Fuck I'm wasted right now.

Just bough Zone of the Enders The 2nd Runner, pretty cool but a little on the hard side, camera gets in the way at times as well.

Ive played Burst Limit once, rented with some mates when we were drunk as and I would pass seriously on that one, played a bit of Raging Blast at a mates house which was actually pretty fun surprisingly, just the camera is quite annoying at times.

Eternal Sonata is a good play, also could try Magna Carta 2, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey and that's about it for the JRPGs, don't bother with Star Ocean 4 or any Tri-Ace game out right now for that matter. I have a feeling you wouldn't like the western ones but give Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect and Fallout/Oblivion a try.

As for general Xbox 360 games to get I would try Forza Motorsport 3, Modern Warfare 1-2, Assassin's Creed 2(Although you really should try beating the first so you know what's going on) Dead Rising, Halo ODST, Orange Box like everyone has said, Left 4 Dead series, and there's a ton of Arcade games you can get as well, Shadow Complex for example.

My brother hated the original(He said it was one of the worst games he's played?) yet he is playing this one 24/7. Seriously he played it for 2 days before I got the chance to give it a go, and I fucken bought it as well! I'm actually quite surprised by how they integrated the story into this one and Ezio is just the man in my opinion.

I actually thought this game would be hit and miss but I'm loving it so far.

Yeah you're never supposed to turn the Xbox off when your playing a game with the plug. Leave it off for awhile and it should work, happened to me as well.

I couldn't help but laugh pretty hard at that last post haha.

I thought 60gigs were the oldest models with the PS2 backwards compatability? I bought one on launch(Has been sold since then)and it fucked up around 7-8 months later with the same problem. They offered me a new 40gig but I wanted a 60 gig for the PS2 BC so I asked nicely and they replaced it for me, which was cool of them.

But that was after I sent it in for 2 weeks to get fixed.

GT Review if you guys are interested. I'm still buying the game because even though the first was repetitive as fuck, I still somewhat enjoyed it.

What Neophyte said, it's pretty much the same but with more variation is all.

I'm definately getting this game. Just looks to be so much better, mostly the economy system, smarter AI, and more variation is what I'm looking forward to. I also didn't mind the first, like the first hour or so of the game you were like "Holy fuck this game is awesome" but after a while you started to notice your doing some kind of routine that your faced with through the entire game.

The atmosphere was great though.

I couldn't get passed the controls to be honest. Put me off even though the game itself is pretty good, the controls are horrible for an FPS.

I really want to see that movie. The Men Who Stare at Goats, based on a true story as well apparently. Plus haven't seen Ewan McGregor in a good movie since.. Big Fish I guess.

I was looking for the game Hero Story 1 and I found it in the Rare Games List, though the link is down...
I think you can find that at either RMN or the creator who frequents the Starless Umbra website.

Rpgmaker 95/2k/3 are all dying, XP is still thriving. But I do think we should focus on more genuine Indie games now. Aquaria, Machinarium(???) etc.

Forza Motorsport 3.. Fucken awesome game. So much shit to do and the new assists and customization, Manufacturer(Spelling?) leveling is another addition I couldn't play a game like this without anymore. This will definately hold me off til I check out Granturismo 5 after all this time.

I can actually recall a game similar to what you were talking about. But I'm pretty sure it never got a release.. Man I'm trying to remember the name haha.
