I'd recommend against using paypal. I tried that last year and it took over a month for my girlfriend to get her money through them, and they also charged her a fee to receive it. It's a total fucking bullshit system they have. Stick with Western Union. The money is there the moment you finish your transaction with the clerk.

Find the nearest Western Union. I use it all the time to send money to my girlfriend and it's the easiest way I've found to do it.

If the tests say it's functioning normally, then you should be just fine. Make sure that the person you are trying to speak to also has Wii speak and that both of you have each other in your friends list in game. Also, it only works as long as you are in the same city in game as the person you're trying to talk to.

I love tea. I have over 30 different types of loose leaf tea at the moment. I think my favorite though is Chinese Restaurant Tea which is a blend of oolong, green, and jasmine teas.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I buy most of my tea online. Pearl River is the store I used to frequent often when I was living in NYC, and I've been buying from the store's website ever since I left the city. The shipping is cheap and they've got a better variety than what I can normally find in my hometown.

I'm assuming you mean the dragoon boots, which you don't get from Banon (I'm also assuming you misspelled his name in the original post). They can only be found at the Colosseum and in a chest in the Phoenix cave. The only items you can get from Banon are the Gauntlet or Genji Gloves, depending on how you answer his question at the Returners Hideout.

I have my own house, so I don't need to pay rent. However my last apartment cost $1200 a month when I was living in NYC.
