i just recently got into them.
im quite amused.
suggest songs, suggest albums. i just got into them so i don't know them well. that monster vid is kind of emo/over tim-burton-other-artist-trying... kind of thing.... but the song is still good...

i've beenin love with the songs 'tristan', 'the libtertine' and 'magic position' for quite a while- they never seem to get old

he has a few other decent ones but those are my fave by far.

i was really impressed by this- and i'm not usually very easily impressed (especially with music/covers).

i'm also going to obnoxiously say the atari's creep was my fave. maybe its cause i already love the song to begin with, but atari, you ahve an amazing voice!

water curses is a really cool song, i've never heard it before. house of the rising sun is always a pleasure! how does that small dude have such a low voice!?


Flowerpower: YES!!° Holy fuck are awesome. they opened for metric when i saw them a little while ago and were super cool.
check out the song royal gregory if you can. i couldn't find any good versions on youtube, but its a wicked song if you can find a recording of it.

whoa. pretty crazy! You're right, illusionist, it could have been a lot worse! My housemate got up early and took off which is kinda weird.. i know his sister lives a little bit further north than us, i'm not sure if its close to the explosions or not. hopefully her place isn't damaged though!
