Yeah, that's what I said when someone was showing it at work today. It's nice for the boy- that he was able to die happy... (as nice as dying could be i suppose...), but that girl has to live with that pain her whole life. Hopefully she can still be stable from it all.

was that in flames up there? ^?? that guitar solo was pretty rockin. i think it would have been better as instumental though..

have you fixed this? i actually just bought a SATA on friday- it was a dud!! didn't work at all and i just exchanged it today- all is fine now... hmm thsoe SATAs...

anyways, if you haven't fixed it, maybe i'm understanding your problem wrong, but try going into boot priority or something along those lines in bios, then choose hard drive first, then whatever else after it. you're using an enclosure to connect it right?

Thank you to people who finally mentioned any of the following (here are my faves off hand):

1. FFVIII
       -the music is so haunting, i love it all, i remember when i was a kid when it first came out and i would just watch the intro over and over!

2. Chrono Cross
       -again, the music is helpful. theres so much to take in at once in that, i never finished the game, but jsut from that opening scene, i'm STILL wondering what happens in the game!

3. Lunar: SSSC
       -hmmm i think they ll have a similar theme here....

4. Evil Zone
      -the intro is actually way better than the game ahhaha a very cliche, epic, anime intro that definitely hooked me!

maybe this isnt quite as related, but my housemate has a dog, and our other housemate hates picking up poo (like.. more than the average person). so one day, the poo-fearing housemate had to take the dog for a walk, and it pooed in front of a patio restaurant... so she felt obligated to pick it up.

only when she bent towards it to pick it up, she caught a whiff and puke all over it.....

im pretty sure the entire restaurant finished their mea right then and there.

yeah, it sucks that technically calling it "indie music" is wrong.... what would be the correct name, alternative? that just reminds me of like... pop-punk bands or soemthing. solutions anyone?

also, those have been some awesome bands mentioned... maybe i'll add a few more.

The Faint
Very electronic, dancy-rock sound. Loud and lively. A very modern look and feel. Probably not for everyone, but for those you like that kinda thing they're amazing.
(Glass dance, Drop kick the punks)


Death From Above 1979
Two guys who sounds like elephants. Very heavy rock with amazing drumming. Definately worth checking out.

CSS
A really fun band from South America. Female singer. Really fun and kinda weird.
('Lets make love and listen to death from above', 'music is my hot hot sex')

Ratatat
Their music sounds like it should be for rap or something, but there's no lyrics and some of the beats are a little electronic-y
('seventeen', 'crips')


Ladytron
Very mellow electronic sound. Female singers.
