I loath the gym,
I'm just unlucky enough to not be able to go unless it's during peak hours.
Filled with people, queues for weights just kill me.

I have a set of kettle bells at home I worked out with, Turkish getups are my favourite, and swinging around weights always felt great, I never really got massive from it though and used to run religiously 3 times a week....
Until I fucked my back.
Out running one day and I just felt a pinch in my lower back... that was weird, next morning woke up and couldn't move.

When that shit starts happening go see a physio or osteopathist as soon as you can, I left it a few months with the "oh it'll get better" couldn't run, couldn't lift, constant pain, couldn't stand sleeping in the same bed as someone else as it'd throw my back out the next day.
Fucking horrible.
It's much better now, getting back into running which is probably the hardest thing ever.
"I used to run this distance in 4 minutes 30 a kilometre, let's go at that pace again"
And 1 minute after I'm wreaked for the rest of the run.

If you're not well off financially you could always try the prison workout, or body weight stuff.

Figured out you could open inventory by double clicking.

I work in software packaging and SOE creation for a contracting company.
Alas, I hate computers though. After years working in IT support, I would love to be a park ranger, and never touch a computer (for work) ever again.
I guess it's more the people using computers. Fuck those guys.

I've been bored at work and making tiles in ms paint,
now to keep rolling with this and see what I can make.

I recall there was a lady at a rival gw site, who was.... Well a lot of Internet drama happened and Internet drama is the best kind of drama. She had a kid, a teenager I think who used to post on the same sites she moderated. I recall thinking it was weird.
But anyway we're almost at that age where an old gwer could have had a kid, and the kid could develop a love of making games and stumble apon this forum. I dunno man, that freaks me out.

Then of course the kid finds his parent's old handle, looks up the post history and finds out what a complete retard his parent was when they were younger, loses all respect for them, is forever on his parents case "hey man, what happened to you? You dreamed of making videogames and look at you now, fucking look at you! You work an office job, working for the man, you disgust me."

Wish I kept up with it, wished I got medication for ADD sooner, wish I didn't hate sprinting so fucking much, Jesus fuck it's so annoying.

I lost so much sleep to that thing, So many hours with nothing to show for it at all.

I tried to explain that to someone, played it a few times with friends and now i couldn't figure out how the fuck we figured it out without visual clues or seeing peoples faces. 
 
I still have a few books of scribbled videogame ideas.
I still try every now and then, to make one. 
And i still give up exactly the same place every time.

I'll keep lookin, Also found some old Open Canvas .WPE files one labeled Medieve_Ax_Dude_Miles. There were others i had but mostly stuff i was in.

Every now and then i get the game making Itch.
Dust off all those old books, full of scribbled notes and little drawings and diagrams describing how shit would work.
Pages of Sudo code. So many hours went into them.
They are all shit, I'll laugh and think "What the fuck was i on?"
Start over with a fresh idea.
Write pages of concepts,
Scribbles at work and on the bus,
Fill books with drawings and concepts.

Forget my password every time.
Start making the game,
Pick an engine, start coding.
Place holder graphics i  say to myself, I'll work on them later.
Stuff starts to come together and work.
Then comes the point, I need graphics, i need to start spriting,
ok,
I scribble all the time, I'm more artistic now than i was back then.
I can do this.
Mid way through the walking animation for the first character sprite i'll bail and give up.
The project will go into the dark corner of my external drive \Backup\Projects\
I don't think I've ever actually finished a project i started on.

I wasn't really that impressed with the first left 4 dead, i always liked zombie panic more.
I feel that Left4dead 2 was created only to sell more console copies. Instead of releasing it like they did with Team Fortress 2 updates.
