The only good ones imo are Ken (It's Dante from Devil May Cry 3/4!), Dan (he has that goofiness that fits his character), and Seth (sounds badass!)

Everyone else (well Dan is one too but w/e, at least he fits his char) is an awful Funimation VA and they are all really bad! I am 200% sure Guile is Piccolo from DBZ. Also Bison is ok imo, he says "Now face the mighty Bison!" then "Bestow it upon me, and I may let you live."

The worst ones are Dhalsim, Akuma, Rufus, and El Fuerte. I bet you don't know what El Fuerte says either!! It took me so many rewatches of his section to figure it out.

On top of this, we have new info for the DLC! There will be 1 new buyable alt costume for certain characters every week for 5 weeks til all characters have one! And then there is the announcement of Championship mode. Championship mode not only lets you download your replays and share them, but it adds tournament functionality to the game (and just like the normal Netplay, you can play with an AI character while you wait for your opponent to join!) that also saves the replays of all the best matches for the public to view! The costumes cost money, but Championship mode is a free update!

10 more days to go! #capcom is supporting the PC version for tournaments etc, and that doesn't come out for some odd months, so use them console versions to play with friends and get awesome for when the PC version drops.

i'm just gonna keep this pretty short!!

i've been putting this off for awhile, but basically GZ made me realize that I need to do this, and I agree with him, so!! Basically my grandma has Alzheimer's disease (has for awhile!!), and is in a nursing home, and she is pretty bad off (gotten worse recently)!! Half the time she doesn't even know who I am, or she'll think her (deceased from Parkinson's) husband is alive...or a bunch of other stuff. You don't really know what she's gonna be like going in, one day she'll not know anything, the next she'll be cussing everybody out, the next she'll be weak and seemingly devoid of life, the next she'll think she sees shit everywhere...etc. She's very erratic, and (if people don't know) the disease is currently incurable. She's basically going to degenerate, becoming worse and worse, dementia becoming greater, until she can't even feed herself. It's a very slow, torturous, unstoppable death. As much pain as it is caused her, it's caused my mom and I nearly as much as well. It's an emotionally, psychologically, mentally, and physically scarring disease for the caregivers, just as it is for the patient, and there are just days where I would leave from going to visit her and break down.

it's not really helping me at all being here, this whole thing with my grandma is just making me even more depressed, and I need to spend less time here and more time making myself happy, getting my life going (woo college next year after putting it off!!!), and spend more time with my grandma (even if it is scarring, I regret not spending more time with my grandpa before he passed.). I've been putting this off but after seeing what has been going on with GW6 a couple days ago, I know it's in good hands and I am 200% confident it'll come out. I hope one of the admins will help out in the staff forum and get them going and I hope you guys will contribute to GW6 when it gets up soon, and contribute a lot. You guys should really try to reply more to the articles now though, even if it is just a blog at the moment, a post that says "good job!!" is really better than nothing, and I think it would help out a lot more than you might think.

I'm not coming back until I am happy where with I am and I fix a lot of the bad things that are going on, but a lot of you dudes are really really awesome. Not gonna do any shout outs but you know who you are pretty much. Was fun guys.

The achievements are a little bit botched though... TWICE I have played through a full campaign without using a single medkit on myself and I didn't get the achievement that comes with it. And just now I played through an entire campaign using nothing but pistols, didn't even pick another weapon up, no molotovs, no pipe-bombs, nothing. Didn't get that achievement either.

If you die I think the medkit thing resets I am not sure! But I do know that killing infected with the minigun, the gas can, propane tank, or oxygen tank counts against Akimbo Assassin.

According to one of the dudes I know who has it, the Infected can rescue the Survivors in their closets in Versus mode. awsm.

edit: oh, looking at that release list, I forgot about that Last Remnant game. It'll probably suck like a lot of recent Square Enix games but if you like epic RPGs then it might be right up your alley. no way to say right now though.

Last Remnant is going to be amazing and I think thats not very fair to say since it's Square-Enix really trying to buck Japanese development traditions and it looks really really unique and well thought out for a change. The story doesn't sound all that unique but maybe it'll be told very well. I'm more interested with the other features of the game though!! It's definitely something I think you should watch out for because it looks like it'll be the best RPG on the 360 for some time and this is coming from someone who really doesn't like jRPGs all that much.

okay just wondering cause my Steam demo thing still says 3 hours and I'm pretty sure they were going to disable the demo when the game went live and it is kinda weird that the demo says it'll last longer than that.

The Steam page for Left 4 Dead no longer says when it unlocks as far as I can tell and the counter in the Steam menu for the demo went up an hour, did this happen for anybody else? It says 3.1 hours for me. They may have pushed it back an hour. ??

Its been saying "9 hours" since 1pm... Thats odd.

The times broke. I am pretty sure of this because mine says 10.1 hours left, but I am almost sure it's the same amount of time for everyone (which is midnight pacific I hope because Valve is pacific and they've never changed this.), which makes it like 12 hours left, or something.

But the timer has to be wrong because there's no way they're going to keep the demo up an hour longer than the full game release. The site says 9 but Steam says 10 but according to timezones it should be 8 for me if they are using Eastern. Weird.

Who the hell likes Brosnan's Bond, it was like he was flying through the movies for the money. Everyone knows Connery's Bond is the best.

Man Spider-Man really isn't a good example either! Spider-Man was really popular and it's makers decided to maje it into a FRANCHISE basically, with TV Shows, toys, TV movies, movies, games out the ass, etc. Yes they change it every now and then (they gave him organic webbing in the comics for an arc too, so he didn't need the canisters), but it's a franchise that has a tone that stays the same no matter the medium it's in. The idea behind Spider-Man has always been COMMON NERD BECOMES SUPER HERO AND SAVES THE DAY. That is really it in a nut shell, but guess what? You can do that in any medium really. Film, television, book, game, etc, it all works. Moore intended Watchmen to just be this 12 issue series, a beginning and an end, an intent. Not a franchise. It's a graphic novel, it's not your normal comic book series that goes on forever and ever. It has a purpose, and the purpose relies on it being a comic book. I think the movie looks cool too (I thought it was gonna be A LOT worse...), but mostly because I guess I'm interested in seeing how good/bad it will really be in its entirety. I already expect that the entire SMART point of the thing will be lost in this transition, so I'm not really going in there with HIGH HOPES, but I think at the least it looks OKAY for what it will be (superhero movie).

Yes they will continue to support it (faster than TF2 has been supported apparently) with new content, and there's 4 campaigns, 5 levels each, and yea that part of the demo is easy but it's supposed to be since it's 1.5/5 of the campaign (there's still a whole nother area after it in the real game.)

I mean the .cfg that overrides all the default setups, like as a default my TF2 suggest I use High and Medium graphical settings which is unplayable so I dunno why it does that but I use the autoconfigs to keep them all low and keep shit like particles and blood and decals and whatever unnecessary shit off to improve fps.

It's basically just huge list of variables that you give some value usually it's either 0 or 1. It's pretty self-explanitory when there's stuff like bloodDetails = 100 or something so it's easy to figure it out but the problem is I don't know the variables for L4D so I can't really make one myself so I'm going to use the one I have for HL2 and TF2 but they have some different variables and it might give unwanted results.

Also is it just me or does none of the source games ever save the settings you want? Like without autoconfig files if you go to graphics options and turn everything down and click apply and ok then the next time you start the game the settings you just put in are gone and you have the default settings again. It's pretty stupid.

You have -dxlevel 80 or whatever, it resets your settings as long as its on there, you're supposed to remove it after you load the game like that the first time, it'll stick.

The difficulty is based on how you're doing and how the team is doing basically, it'll be better in release because release tracks stats and the Director can adjust difficulty based on your tracked stats iirc.

Hey, I have a question. Do zombies always appear in the same spots? Because it would be cool if they poured out of a psuedo-random location and it would keep me on edge when playing the levels.

They appear randomly, it's part of what the Director does!

Yeah, any engine from 2004 and after can handle a hundred models (or more) on proper hardware and many games have Source's physics: Havok.

That said, a lot of the issues I've heard about have been console specific, and the public demo is live tomorrow!!! Can't wait.

This game will suck.

1) Korean MMORPG. They are worse than Runescape.

2) Three factions may sounds like a good idea but it just divides players even more. Games with two factions already struggle with balance. Three factions will cause shit.

3) After AoC and WAR failed to even scratch WoW, Aion won't even be able to look at WoW's direction.

4) Graphics? Age of Conan.

Also NCSoft was not the makers of Guild Wars or City of Heroes/Villains, they only published those games, they have very little to do with the development process.

Also you should add a little bit more substance to the topic (and your others) besides a short blurb and a link to their site! Tell us more about the game in the opening post (and I know there's more, I've been semi-watching this game.)!

StarCraft: Ghost isn't a Blizzard title per se, they just published it. They didn't develop it or anything.

So yea, it's been 2004 since Blizz's last title.
