also the TI-84 (and TI-83, I believe) can do definite integrals so yeah

AP calc can be somewhat of a breeze with those but esp with that 89. it should be banned

on that TI-89 page it says "Hence, integral of (4x 4 + 3x)dx = (4/5)x 5 + 3x + c."

but really i'm sitting in calculus II right now and i'm bewildered

like i mean, i am awesome with it, practically have the shit comes to me while most of my classmates are confused as fuck. but it's really annoying doing all the sums and series and shit.

i've yet to find a reasonable thing that calculus can help you with.

Sum of (9/10)(1/10)^n to infinity where n=0 at beginning = 0.9 + 0.09 + 0.009 + 0.0009 ... = 0.99999 ...

a/(1 - r) = (9/10) / (1 - (1/10)) = 1 = 0.99999...

Honestly people annoy the fuck out of me at times, like I get furious, but you know what? I've NEVER once blown up at anyone. Like my head can be whirling but I have enough self-control not to blow up.

Now if it is something serious to the point that I really truly need to defend myself like that, I'm sure I will... but as of yet, when I get extremely pissed off I am still able to control myself. Even if I have one of the shittiest days ever, I haven't blown up in anyone's face/yelled at them for stupid shit/etc.

So I think it is manageable (and trust me, I don't have like small annoying stuff happen to me. There's lots of shit that's got me really stirred. My mother flips out basically every day in a bi-polar manner, starts yelling/cursing like this, etc. but I stand my ground.). I understand that the producer guy is being dumb for this, but Christian Bale is being a real idiot.

I really do believe that temper can be controlled even if you happen problems, so I think flipping out like that and blowing up in people's faces are really unnecessary.

Wow I haven't been here in a while, but holy shit that's really impressive. Like, I got the PM and was like "Shit I can't do anything I hope they can get some good cash flow." (hey i'm a 17 year old guy (now 18 for like 4 days) and couldn't get shit like Paypal etc up

)

And GW certainly met a big amount. I'm really happy that they did, and I hope you can cover all your expenses Steel (I believe you already said some is going to Cancer Society so it's already going to cover it I'm assuming?). Either way, this is like a feel-good moment.

Alright, so I literally just learned about this today. Has anyone here heard of a band called Alexisonfire? I've heard of it, never listened to a song of theirs. But, this "band" is called City and Colour, and is the solo side project of the lead singer and guitarist of Alexisonfire, Dallas Green. The name corresponds to his name (City to Dallas, Colour to Green). Furthermore, it is an acoustic "group," where he is accompanied by varying musicians every once in a while.

To avoid babbling on about different things, I just have to say that after I started listening to his singing... I pretty much fell in love with it. This is some good music right here, and I haven't had a chance to listen to THAT much, but it is really well done. I believe he has a really good voice, and if you like acoustic music you should hopefully love this.
