And am quite happy with it, it has some shortcomings but is generally the best SE phone right now I'd say, in price-quality relation. Most new phones are either w810 or k790 rehashes... My mother has a k810 (was previously my brother's and she had an awful motorola) and when confronted with the choice between w810 or k810 I chose the former, the k810 has a better but not really that good camera (Also camera ain't very important for me), resulted in an overall worse product, it has failed more than the w810 in less time... (Half the keyboard doesn't work and the backlight is burned), etc...

The w810 offers me great things like a nice interface, decent musical capabilities and a lantern. It's downsides are no AD2P, fastport and memory stick (LOL SONY PROPIETARY TECHNOLOGY)

Also the fastport tends to fail a lot in Sony phones, which is not nice since it's used from everything from charge to listening to music.

And it seems like a pretty good phone overall, I haven't tried it extensively but the interface seems nice and so do its musical capabilities. Uses micro-SD and has 3.5mm output for music or propietary output for headset (which can also be stereo)/charging/usb cable.

And then my brother has a 16gb Iphone 3g



And it just seems like a great phone. True, it's lacking a lot of features but after seeing him use it, it's mostly things I wouldn't use atleast. The variety of applications and 3g and GPS (Even though in Chile it's not 100% functional) is really great. Downsides would be no mms (Who the fuck cares), Bluetooth has no real functionality (Pretty important but this will probably be fixed at some point, officially or not) and headsets are expensive because the original apple accesories suck.

1080p is well within the capabilities of RGB and and the difference between RGB and DVI/HDMI video is almost nonexistant on something like an xbox

The difference is not that much only if you use a huge expensive cable like Monster or something, since unlike digital cables, in RGB the materials' quality and manufacturing DO matter.

Do you not have an HD TV? Because I for one cannot understand why you'd want to connect the Xbox with non-digital cables, ew.

It's a very common misconception that you will want  a 100% copper fan/heatsink because it's a better conductor, but in reality aluminum's dissipation is way better than copper, so if possible try to get a copper/aluminum sink because it'll both conduct and dissipate the heat off of your CPU effectively.

okay so I had a talk with a doc friend who explained a bit more. the lymph node is located near some major artery called the SVC, meaning it's way too risky to remove it. we expected some would remain (the tumor marker wasn't zero) but with the active node in such a dangerous location, chemo will be needed after the surgery to get rid of it. I have no idea what type of chemo, for how long, any of that, and my oncologist never replied so I won't find out till Monday.

in addition, this surgery is apparently a tricky one, so if any of you have doctor parents, ask them if they know where the best mediastinal surgeons are in the country; I'm already doing this but it can't hurt to get a list of names or places.

That's a vein: Superior Vena Cava is probably the largest vein in the body and it basically carries all the blood from above your heart(Arms, head, brain) into it and yeah, I can see why a surgery there might be really delicate.

Now dude, don't rely on odds, really... Just stick to your desire to live. When my father was diagnosed with lymphoma the oncologist told us... "Prepare and say your goobyes, he's got three months at best."

But now it's been pretty much 4 years and albeit quite a few sequels (Mostly because it was BRAIN cancer), he's still kicking.
