1. Hello guys. I've recently (about 1-2 months ago) purchased an HDTV LCD which also serves me as a PC Monitor and I have so many problems! It's LG M237WA, 5ms. Unfortunately, the over-rated W2353V isn't a TV ~ I wanted to have a TV (A TV card is way too expensive for me). When I got the monitor, I was so excited, it was great in every way, the Full HD was awesome, and the colors were fantastic, until I noticed something weird in Videos and Video Games, my screen split into two halves when showing fast moving objects, after a quick search I found out this is called "Screen Tearing". I tried adjusting the HZ, (I think my TV supports maximum 75, when I thought new LCDS are supposed to have maximum 100hz), but nothing solved the problem except Virtual Sync, which cannot be triggered everywhere. Apparently, I have screen tearing everywhere, even on my desktop. I tried checking the "Triple Buffering" at my Graphics Card options, yet it didn't do much. Now, my Graphics Card is a bit old, and it's taking it's time with my 1920x1080 resolution: ATI Radeon 2600 pro HD. Doesn't work quite well; but I can run my favorite games, well, most of them... Is it my monitor, or my graphics card? I really don't know what to do, or which of them to switch, and the small details drive me crazy.

2. I also noticed a turquoise color-changing stuck pixel, tapping on it didn't help. Any ideas?

3. I have bad color schemes, it seems un-natural (you can clearly see the different lines of schemes) . I downloaded HD wallpapers 1920x1080 and most of them don't look good, any ideas?

4. I have two ways of connecting my monitor to my Graphics Card, DVI and VGA (VGA connected to a DVI slot with some sort of converter). After reading some guides I figured that a DVI connection would show better results, yet when connected through DVI and not VGA the picture becomes ugly, not sharp, like it's missing the "Anti-Aliasing" I have with the VGA. My monitor is close to the computer, I don't think it has anything to do with length... Should I just leave it be?

Monitor:

M237wa

PC specs:

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 2600 pro

tell me anything else you need to know, I don't know what to post except for the Graphics card.

Thank you guys, hope it's not too much. I would appreciate any help, it drives me crazy.
