So yeah, as some of you may have noticed, I haven't been around for the last couple months. There were a couple reasons for that. One of which being a disagreement over some of the changes happening to the forums. Well, after some time to myself to reflect on things, I realized I was being an idiot about stuff, so I'll apologise for that now.

Its been a hectic few months for me, but now I feel I have everything sorted out and have the time to come back to GW. I want to try to get more involved with sections other than just game design (as the former G&D was where I tended to spend most of my time). I'm still working on my game, its just been progressing slowly.

So yeah, that's about all there is to it. I was stupid, I apologise, and I hope to become more active in the community again.

Dark Matter Studios is a community dedicated to Game Design and Gaming in general. We have a small, but active community with frequent discussions on Literature, Gaming, and many other things. Our community is friendly and a good place to get support or help for your games or to just hang out with other games/writers/artists. We also take requests to host games, just send one of our admins an email with a link to your game and we will test it and let you know about hosting. All hosted games get their own page on the main site. We are always looking for talented staff and/or forum members, so if you're looking for a place to hang out, check our forums.

We just recently moved to a new server with much more space and bandwidth than before, so our game hosting is much more reliable than it used to be.

I'm looking for a really old DOS RPG I played a long time ago. I don't remember the name though.

Basically, your character lives in a small town and decides to join the thieves guild. After joining, the guild wants him to rob the governor of the village. He is caught and thrown in jail. The governor says he'll let him go free if he'll assassinate the abbot of a nearby abbey. After getting the crap beat out of him by the abbot, the main guy decides to join the abbey. He has to go through some cave as a test. When he returns, the temples is attacked and the abbot entrusts him to look after a magic book (its name is the name of the game itself from what I remember). That was all that was in the demo.

I know this exists, but I can't find it anywhere.
