There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. If you want reliability and performance for hosting I would highly recommend media temple for $20 a month. The price is high because they use what they call a "grid service" and they are very very reliable. If you can afford $20/month you really should check them out.

Well if you want quality paid shared hosting then I suggest Web Faction or Media Temple. They maybe a bit out of your price range and/or technical understanding of hosting but feel free to check them out.

Ok I have also updated the gwlog page with a new games page as requested by the staffers. There is also a new forum called "Blog: Games" for this particular section. It works the same way the Community forum does.

That sounds terrible. Have those problems put fear into the general public where you live? I know in England many people are too scared of going out by themselves in certain areas. Where I live we have gangs of hooligans and as soon as its dark its pretty much a no go zone. Heck even when its not dark people have to be cautious. My brothers friend is currently in intensive care after being beaten up badly at 4PM in the afternoon. Its sad because it never used to be like this where I lived, especially not as a kid. When I was 8 I don't remember gangs, I don't remember murderers/rapists etc. Heck at 8 years old I was walking 5 minutes to my friends because it was such a friendly neighbourhood where everybody knew each other. Nowadays parents are too scared to let their kids out onto the door step.

My country is going downhill badly. I am English through and through and have lived here all my life but lately I have just wanted to get out and move abroad. First of all, let's take a few examples of this pathetic law/justice system we have.

1. My friend was fined £50 (or more) for smoking at a bus stop. In England it against the law to smoke in public enclosed spaces (pubs, clubs, restaurants etc) but come on, A BUS STOP that doesn't even have a roof? And there wasn't even anyone else around?

2. Today I was at a parade and there was this guy trying to sell flags (THAT HE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR) to general public. A policewoman stopped him and asked if he had a permit. Ok that is fair enough but  she spent like HALF HOUR lecturing the poor guy! Seriously you'd think the police woman would have more important things to do, like catching real criminals.

3. In the paper there was a story about a guy who had 5 cops sent around his house for playing music too loudly. Ok maybe he shouldn't have music on too loud but 5 COPS. How the fuck does that take five cops. I mean all it takes is one cop and even then you'd think the neighbours would just knock the door and say "can you turn your music down". What the fuck.

4. Now this is the most SICKENING of all. In my local area there was this robber who got 7 years in prison for stealing a large sum of money and expensive items from somewhere. He was about 35 and in his life he has never killed anyone, beat up anyone or anything too traumatic. Meanwhile a rapist who raped a young girl of 15 only got like 2 years in jail and a rehabilitation order because the judge thought he was "mentally unstable". WHAT THE FUCK. I know who I would rather bump into in a street.

Those are just a few of a load of examples. I swear to god sometimes the majority of my country is getting stupider and stupider. Who knows, maybe that film Idiocracy was right after all.

Just so this isn't me ranting.... What about where you live? As daft as this or what? What are your laws like? How about health services? The society in which you live etc

Are you sure he does this intentionally? For some people singing in the shower in the morning is a bad habit. I am the same. I come from a family of early risers so I always used to sing in the shower at like 8AM after everyone else had already left for work and that stuck with me right through Uni and I am still trying to kick the habit now.

Of course if he does it intentionally then thats just cuntish really. :\

This is true but the only person who can really intervene is himself and I hope he does before it gets out of control. It's good how you guys are being supportive.

thankfully alcoholics never upgrade their antics. once a drunk forum typer, ALWAYS a drunk forum typer. heh... no chance he'll ever decide to DRINK MORE or do something equally crazy like that

What? I didn't mean it like that at all. What I mean is it may not be as bad as everyone immediately thinks. I mean a lot of people enjoy having a drink and loads do silly things. It doesn't mean they are drinking themselves to death.  Obviously if Wayne is suffering from personal problems and he is drinking loads to help block out his problems then he does have a problem and it would be great if he can realize this and get himself help.

I was not implying "oh once a week thats coool man no worries!!". I am a recovering alcoholic and have recently finished 12 weeks of therapy to help me battle through it. So I know what its like being down in the dumps. Anyone here who thinks alcoholics are something to just make fun out of are idiots.

Well if his only doing it once a week and still managing to type on forums/use a computer then it really isn't bad at all. In fact its common for a lot of people in England.

Bad is when you drink everyday, when ya wake in hospital after almost dieing from alcohol poisoning, when you wake up on a park bench not knowing how you got there, suddenly realising you are standing in the middle of the road at 5am in the morning with cars dodging you.

And anyone here who takes the piss out of alcoholics can just fuck off.
