Dang t hat looks cool. I always wanted to try Shiren, have you played the Torneko games that are kind of in the same series? Wiki says Torneko: The Last Hope (lol that title) was really well received in Japan (BIG SCORES From Famitsu!!!) and in Western world it was hated and despised for being "silly" and "too hard".
this is the only mystery dungeon game i played all the way thru tbh. i played a little bit of one of the old pokemon ones when i was younger but didn't get hooked on it

every couple months i start kind of obsessively playing dungeon crawlers/procgen loot games for a while, and this time it was the original shiren the wanderer. started out on the nes version but once i learned you could backtrack on the ds remake i switched to that and started grinding some Good Gear. beat the main dungeon a while ago and now i'm doing the optional stuff.
all the weird gimmicks in this game are sweet

the new Death Grips album leaked the other day, and it's pretty great. it reminds me of all the better parts of the rest of their discography and is generally good 
other than that i've been diggin Homeshake's two albums. one focuses on drum machines/synths and the other focuses on acoustic folk/jazz/funk instrumentation. they're real good imo.

i also revisited Doolittle by the Pixies, which was one of my fav albums a few years ago. it still bangs.

i made a local multiplayer game with otter2d called bounty for an arcade event in sacramento, california!
information and pictures are mainly on the game's page. it's a really quick shoot 'em up style game that's meant to be played in really short bursts. whenever a match lasted more than 3 minutes, things got really tense.
it's hard to explain it without showing someone gameplay, so if you do eventually play it, feel free to give me some feedback or something!

this was a neat little game. i liked the blurbs of dialogue and it looks nice.
Protocal Assault - casualcatharsis
agree with dweedes. if you add a little bit more polish and gameplay you'd have a pretty solid tech demo.
Monster Babe Gempire - Porpentine
i like this a lot! would definitely like to see this finished.
Whiskey Weather - Denzquix and SwordofKings128
i really like this. the graphics were cool and went really well together, as did the music. glad you guys are still working on it.
Dale: Lost in the City - Magic Dweedo
i actually really like bomberman so this was pretty neat. i couldn't figure how to get to the top left portion of the map, though. i guess dale will be lost forever...........

i'm playing a lot of nuclear throne, borderlands 2, and demon's souls. nuclear throne got pretty addicting after they added in golden weapons and character unlocks and stuff like that, really nice game. borderlands 2 is better than the first by far. fun co-op game too. demon's souls proves to be harder than dark souls, but not in a turn-offy way (i've beaten dark souls twice). i also like how demon's souls actually has servers. makes all the difference in online play.
