Hey, I can't make heads or tails of this problem and neither can my supervisor so.. Perhaps one of you guys can.

Yesterday, the work computer worked just fine, but the guy on the backshift was taught how to log on, use Outlook, etc.. And when I came in this morning, I found that I cannot print any document in Outlook or Internet Explorer. I had to actually copy an email over to Wordpad just to print.

So with Outlook and Internet Explorer.. If I hit the print button or choose print from the file menu, nothing happens at all. I click and there is simply nothing. Not even an hour glass to indicate any activity. It just simply does nothing as if the buttons have zero function. However, Wordpad prints just fine.

Does this problem make any sense to anyone?

Has the system been restarted since then? If there's still an issue, try reinstalling the printer driver, and make sure print queues are cleared.
