About 100% certain that's wrong.  The interface is wrong.  It's got to be Deja Vu.  There is one scene in the game with a woman with blue hair and a red dress that I remember, though I don't recall ever knocking her out.

Yeah it's definitely an interface from the people who did Shadowgate.  I only played the very beginning of Deja Vu though so I'm not sure, but it seems like the most reasonable guess.  Also, I'm pretty sure coat was an item at the beginning of the game so yeah I am p. sure whoever said that first was right.
