I played Army Men 3D and a demo of the helicopter one. neither were utterly terrible. In fact they seemed decently enjoyable.

When I was like 8 me and my brothers would play/watch each other play Army Men 3D all the time. It was a very exciting game, with many exciting levels.
I haven't played it since then, though.

While not proof that they were decent games, I'm not alone here.(admittedly Army Men 3D didn't exactly have an great score but it isn't awful)
