Have any of you guys played Moon yet?

Renegade Kid, the guys behind Dementium: The Ward, are releasing it in Europe next month.
It’s a first person shooter developed to push the DS to its limits; loads of detailed environments, deep exploration and some shooting to boot!!

IGN rated it 8.5 saying ‘Renegade Kid’s latest offering is one of the best in its class’ which is no mean feat for the team of 6 who made it!

Released on the 3rd July 09 in Europe, click on the banner to head over to the website for more info . . .
If you've already played it (US), i'd be interested to know your thoughts!

Thanks!

I played it and it was okay but I couldn't really be bothered with it.

Why not?  Despite Metroid Prime Hunters being  an aberration of the Metroid franchise it was a solid FPS and a pretty decent game at the time.  Both Call of Duty games on the DS, while deviating from the console iterations, were pretty good as well.

Anyway, I've had my eye on the game but I'm still caught up in GTA and got back into playing Days of Ruin.

well just because they were made doesn't make them any less dumb   im being a bit presumptious because I haven't played them I suppose but the idea of a "portable" FPS has never appealed to me in the first place on any sort of system, and one on an admittedly underpowered system such as the DS just doesn't appeal to me

MOON had good tech, but the gameplay was repetitive.

i had a ti84 so maybe that version was slightly better (or ran better or something) but the only major problem with it is that from a distance you couldn't tell if something was a potted plant or an enemy, so you just shoot at it regardless

i had tetris on mine but i played dr. mario a lot more, also anarchy which is a simple clone of elite and a lot more fun since you don't have to try to painfully dock a ship

I enjoyed what I played of Moon, but I never ended up finishing it. Not entirely sure why.

yeah the 84s were a bit faster so it would've made it more playable.  I also played phoenix a lot do you remember phoenix?

All I ever played on my TI 83+ calculator was PuzzPack (http://www.detachedsolutions.com/puzzpack/). Mostly because that was the only game I could get my hands on. I got it from some other guy's calculator by using the link cable. My favourite game in the pack was Puzzle Frenzy. I played that for hours. Next favourites was Pegs (which I initially thought was called Pecs). Block Dude was decent but very annoying because of how repetitive it felt and how a single mistake could ruin an entire puzzle. These mistakes could be triggered by accidentally pressing the wrong button. Very annoying. My least favourite game was Dino Puzzle. I spent a total of ten minutes with that game. After high school, I never touched the calculator again. What a waste, though PuzzPack did make it worth some of the money.

Man I love Pegs so much.  The rest of those were good too (including Dino Puzzle) but Pegs was the tops.

I never played Phoenix but now I'm curious.

I also had a Zelda game for it but it was far from finished.  What was done of it was surprisingly good though!
