wow they are really pouring on the sales in steam... Code master's racing pack... DIRT, DIRT 2, FUEL,  GRID, and TOCA 3

I'm very undecided about this one. I like racing games... but I'm not like... a super fan of them.

Is Dirt 1 worth owning if you own Dirt 2?(I don't own it but I would if I bought the pack)

Is fuel as mediocre as the reviews would have you believe?

I know next to nothing about TOCA, is it ultra simmy? I'm more of a arcade guy, but I'm not against Simulation racing games that don't pour on the difficulty.

I own GRID on 360, It was OK.. it rode the line when it comes to difficulty for me. Thing is, I own the game still, but my 360 is broken and I don't think I'm ever likely to bother fixing it... and if I do its not likely to be soon.

Also, don't know if its financially responsible to buy games. also own a lot of games already that I need to beat... though admittedly not racing games...

You're buying digital downloads, yes.

Technically, yeah its virtual only, however someone told me (they very easily could have been bullshiting me) that if steam were to ever go down permanently they would send you physical copies. Even if the guy that told me this wasn't bullshiting I'm not sure how, if Steam was somehow financially failing, that they'd be able to afford sending us physical copies though.

Total bullshit. The only thing that's likely to happen is they give out a program that allows the offline use of downloaded steam games.

Been playing Monster Hunter Tri... a lot.

I'm a big fan of GRID, so I bought DiRT2 on sale, installing it atm!!

Splinter Cell Conviction. Absolutely excellent. Gameplay is awesome, the story was well thought out and the game overall is brilliantly cinematic.

Decided to buy the Codemaster racing pack against my better judgment. If Bully is put on sale again I'll buy that in a heart beat. Missed both of the 4 hour sales.

Right now I can't really play BC2 since I'm home and with out my desktop. I'll probably play Final Doom (and finally finish it) and play through Shell Shock Nam '67.

If either of my brothers get off of their PC's I might play BC2 though.

just started playing earthbound. I've played mother 3 and it was great. now I'm going back to the beginning and i am really excited about it!

If you wanna go all the way back to the beginning then pick up "Earthbound Zero" (Mother) for the NES- Earthbound is Mother 2.  The first game tells Gigyas's back story apparently. Oh, and Earlchip, check out God Medicine for GB- interesting little game- you can get a translation patch for the re-released version here. Another is Magical Land of Wozz though I never finished it. Funny though.
Just finished the demo of KingofGames Monstrous Wars- interesting with lots of sidequests, and fun in spite of glitches. I'll probably do one more run through from my last save to review the last bit of plot. I've been gravitating toward RPGM games since i stopped using my Playstation.

Ordered a PSP on Ebay, and bought Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and Metal Slug Anthology for when I have it. Looking forward to getting furiously pissed off at Monster Hunter's difficulty.

Still playing GTA 4, damn difficult on one mission I was stuck on. Had to snipe some construction workers, then finish off the rest, while one tries to escape on a heli I think. Also damn three wanted star cops!.

Like some of the others, Monster Hunter Tri is at the top of my logbook.  Would love to play with someone online in NA, but I doubt that'll ever happen.

Also Pokemon HeartGold.  I don't know why I continue to play these games.

You should hack the psp and play "backups" i wouldnt call it illegal since Sony probably gave up on it so far this year it's only been third party developers.
