I sort of got addicted to fall out 3. and once I got the explorer perk I've been everywhere in the game! The expansion packs are nice but.....I don't like how after . It was a sad day when I reached it.

also really bored so playing fable the lost chapters since i only beat the original.

Get Broken Steel, it raises up the level cap to 30.

They all cost cash, and unfortunately none of it is on PS3 anyway.

That's really lame. I hate when expansions go exclusive. It's a big F U to the fans who happen to be on another console. Same goes for Batman Asylum's Joker PS3 stuff. It should be systems wide. Bah. Moneymoneymoney.

Trying to play Mass Effect but I keep running into technical problems. Otherwise it's pretty cool.

Prototype, it's not the best game. But it's fun to throw cars at helicopters and destroying army bases and what not. Plus some of the powers you can get are just crazy.

Playing Doom 3 on hard, and it's just after Midnight here. It's made me jump a few times, and I'm pinning this on a few things, mostly 'cause the game is really dark most of the time, and that zombies seem to appear from anywhere. Having not played it in months I've forgotten where most of the buggers come from.

Playing through Fallout 3's newer expansions while waiting for Prototype to download.

Broken Steel is interesting with the higher level cap and all.

I'm currently playing through FFXII, Sly 2, and Beyond Good and Evil. I just started that latter one, and I have to say it's got one of the steepest initial learning curves - you're just immediately thrown into the game with barely any hand holding and explanation on how to do things. Right now I'm kind of frustrated at not being able to jump.. I know it's silly but this game looks like a platformer to me and I just want to jump! I've only just started so hopefully I'll be able to ease myself into the game and figure out what's going on!

You automatically jump when you run off a platform onto another one!

That's.. kinda jumping.

One of the things that I remember from my rental of Prototype was from one time when I had a strike team called in on me: One of the marines/blackwatch guys yelled out "Feuer Frei!" - Then, like a dumbass, as I elbow dropped a tank, I said "Bang, bang" to my television.

I remember playing Doom 3. Its scary for the first half or so. It gets a little more predictable and repetitive later though. Good game despite this.

My favourite DOOM3 memory was having never played it before and linking two xbox's up on 2 seperate tv's and headphones for me and my friend in multiplayer. I hadn't played Doom3 before, hadn't even seen it in action.
In a dark hallway I'm fumbling with my flashlight trying to find the guy, and all I hear is someone chainsawing the wall. The sound getting closer and closer until I turn around and dead!

Well seeing as I only play it when it's dark, I guess I deserve to be made to jump every so often. But when I'm not on it, I'm playing whatever random game I decide to play, but mostly Pkmn Emerald, Cave Story PSP and FF6, and a couple others that I put on it. Now the chickHEN thing came out I can finally put homebrew on the PSP, woo!

I think the reason is I'm a total cheapo and Fallout 3 if you get used to the combat, dialogue etc etc. is literally months worth of game. and for me that's hugely important. I suppose I'm easily pleased, BUT I've spent so long on Fallout 3 it's just kind of second nature. It's probably worth a lot more than most games these days. imo

ahaha yeah me as well, i would never spend a hundred bucks on a game i'll clock in a month

Prototype is pretty boss. It's incredibly uh.. immature entertainment, I guess. It's actually a lot like that new X-Men movie but in a game (THROW TANK AT HELICOPTER). I hated that movie. But I really like this game.

I also got Trine which is a pretty badass puzzle based pseudo-3D platformer in the vein of The Lost Vikings. Give it a try.
