just saw 30 secoinds of a new(?) episode of Scooby Doo, they were watching this kid compete in a skateboarding competition called Grind Games and then this swamp monster jumps up through a half pipe. Velma was all like "Jinkies" it was so totally rad

The original "classic" episodes of scooby doo were so ahead of their time, that they should be showing those on TV today since society is only just now catching up with them.

Oh wait, they do that already. But as long as we are talking of scooby doo, has anyone seen that new live action movie about how they all meet? I don't plan on watching, but I need to know if it fits in line with the story behind "A pup named scooby doo" so I'll know if it still counts as scooby doo canon.
