Well, I've wondered if I've been addicted to caffeine for a while. So I tried not drinking any caffeinated stuff... as well as avoid sodas all together. I have a massive headache, feel sleepy all the time... So I guess I am. I am VERY VERY tempted to drink a cola ATM.

don't do it dude, i got un-addicted to caffeine last summer and it really sucked for a few weeks but it's worth it now to not HAVE to have it for fear of getting sick

i still drink caffeine, just not very often (pretty much if I'm at a restaurant or something and don't want to drink water). The main thing tho is that I don't have withdrawal symptoms anymore, also I don't have horrible sinus headaches anymore either (apparently caffeine restricts the blood vessels or something and can affect this).
