Ragnar braid is fine! braid is good. it's the only game i have genuively enjoyed for the longest time though i recommend not playing it a whole lot in one go.

bloddyghost/tomato, that's horrible man. i really hope your mother is fine.

still feelin pretty terrible, gotta go to the doc tomorrow, but i hope i'm not gettin a needle. seriously, needles are one of the three things i fear most in my life, so i'd probably run away

also when this fever bullshit is over i'm gonna eat so much bad stuff to make up for the days i didn't eat anything. seriously. it's like, i'm seeing all my favorite snacks lieing around the house, but i know i'll puke if i eat them right now. dammit all.

why would you want to eat carbage? when you are cured go to a chinese restaurant instead. or taiwanese. french or italian. mayne even indian restaurant if you are up to some Hot Action. but don't drool over shitty snacks!!!!

two days ago i bought several different type of cheap chocolates and i really hated that experience. there's not whole lot of candies i like nowdays. it's unsatisfying carbage for the most part.

i just got back from a thing on "feminism and pop culture" held for international women's day that was better than i thought it would be, the main thing was about the twilight series and i was sorta bracing myself for some awful postfeminist thing about how empowering it is how women can fantasize about being beaten by vampires etc but it turned out to be pretty interesting. not mindbogglingly new but some interesting ideas to think about!! also everybody hated the books and mocked them which was pretty fun. although in the discussion afterwards someone used the phrase "post-buffy" unironically and i kind of braced myself for 'the coming storm' (la tormenta que viene) but the moment passed

my leg wound isn't that bad. I'm able to hobble around. it just hurts really bad. My mom was injured worse than me, and she's doing okay. She's gonna be able to get a new car and the doctors gave her plenty of vicadin.

but man did it give me a scare! i almost was a bloody ghost.

has a girl in his bed. pot in his pipe and family guy on the tube. i like life

A lot of things. I scored a 3.93 on my last Electronics Fundamentals exam, so I'm feeling a new vigor about maintaining success in A school. My class has moved up to the third deck of the building, so we're finally upstairs with our fellow electrical students and instructors and far from the distracting roar of machinist labs. I found out today that I'll get up to 10 days leave after graduation, so I'll have the opportunity to see my parents and friends in less than 3 months.

On a very depressing note, I found out today that one of my best friend's dad died in a motorcycle accident over the weekend. I'm going to attempt to contact him tomorrow. He's a pretty sensitive dude, so I know it's going to be rough. It's so hard to talk to somebody about something as life-changing as that. His dad was pastor when I attended church with my family, so this is shocking as hell to me, too. Up until he died, he was really involved with the church congregation on a very personal level. I'm pretty devastated when I think about him and his mother in that kind of situation. And a whole body of people who relied on him with no pastor. And here I was thinking about how nothing ever changes in my hometown, how I would return and it's like I never even left, yet something so devastating has occurred.

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.
