Wondering how to manually rotate on Starcraft 2 Editor

What are you trying to rotate? The units, or the camera?

UNITS/DOODADS: Select them, hit enter, and you'll get a box where you can select or type a rotation in degrees. You can select multiple units to rotate them all at once.

CAMERA: Hold down CTRL, and drag with the right mouse button.

theres a level editor out for starcraft 2 now?  I haven't been paying attention to it since there has been nothing but dissapointment since 2007 when it was announced so far, and i'm just waiting for the final product now.
