fuck I just found out my buddy has cancer and I feel like an asshole because I've kind of been neglecting him for the past couple months because he's kind of a deadbeat and immature sometimes fuck fuck fuckf uck

Hey Dietcoke have you ever read Dialectic of Enlightenment by Horkheimer and Adorno? We're reading it now for my class on contemporary European political philosophy and i was wonderin what you thought of it

I haven't read much, just excerpts of that and Adorno's Negative Dialectics. Is your class accompanying the book with supplements from Marx or Lukacs? I have some disagreements with the philosophy of the Frankfurt school but every once in a while there'll be a good insight.
I don't really have too much to say about them other than I think they're mostly masturbatory academics pulling their dicks in isolation from everything that matters in the world.
