I found out the people who did Soulblazer did something called SPACE ADVENTURE LAIKA or something like that, but it didn't star the dog it was a bunch of furries

it still seemed like a pretty unusual game for the people who did SOULBLAZER though the random religious sort of theme was a little creative but like otherwise they seem like the most boring game company ever
