when i was like 13 my friend was really into that game so he wanted me to try it and i couldn't play it for more than 10 minutes. it was really, really bad. i think it was the first graphical mmo, but i might be wrong. anyway, it sucked.

Yeah earlchip, it's called the live load and if it's heavier than the structure can handle the building will fail. Right now it's very safe because it's empty, the building has to be designed to hold the weight of itself when empty (dead load) otherwise you can't build it at all!
