I'm trying to figure out the name of a PC game that probably came out sometime in around 2001/2002 ish not really too sure. It's an RTS game. The intro screen to the game had this blue creature sitting at a table or something. In the game you manage a civilization of these blue creatures. I don't remember if there were any battles. You collect resources like wood (that's the only one I really remember I think you could also collect iron, honey, meat) and in the game some of your civilians can turn into thieves that would leave their houses.

That's pretty much all I can remember about the game. I didn't play it a lot because I think it might've been a demo, that and I think it came pre-installed on my brother's laptop, which he didn't let me touch very often. I know it's not a lot to go on but if anyone can help me out it'd be awesome. Been trying to figure this out for a while now.

I think that might've been it but I'm not sure... I'm almost certain that you controlled like little blue creatures they looked like aliens or something... Can your settlers turn into criminals? I remember in the game when I would play for a bit and got kinda far in the game a lot of my civilians would start to turn to crime for whatever reason I don't remember. When they turned into criminals they wore black.

Either way Settlers IV is a game I've been wanting to replay, thanks for reminding me.

Found this completely by accident from a GOG email promotion. Has a blue dude on the cover, came out in 2002, and seems to look and play a LOT like The Settlers.
