My girlfriend came home from work today. She was very dizzy, it took me a while to even get her to say what was wrong, had the most horrible headache and her stomach was doing somersaults on the double. She threw up once and is now having a hard time getting sleep. No fever though. She's also had a sore throat for a few days, keeps sneezing a little and works at a nursing home, filling in because half of the regular staff is sick. Might very well be a migraine or something like that, but she doesn't normally have those.
