Ah, I’m not straight edge or anything… nor am I highly religious or a better than thou type :3 that being said, I could never do drugs. I’m glass cannon physically and people always tell me I look stoned anyways. I had a close friend who was so addicted to drugs it was unreal and my first experience dealing with someone with a unsafe addiction. I mean she would literally go bug eyed at the thought of doing ecstasy or cocaine or anything of that substance and she promised to quit smoking but that didn’t even last 30 days with her!
It’s just, this topic reminds me of how some people cannot comprehend what the consequences of drug abuse could be, I’m not trying to rain on the parade or anything just sharing a little life story of someone who could have been the best friend I’ve come across, but was ultimately consumed with drug use. She gained some weight after I met her and I tried to help her, like, her old pictures she looked almost anorexic… it’s a pity, but I know, or would like to know that people with more experience won’t end up like her

I wonder what she’s doing now, last I heard from her my mom told me to call her because she was crying… eventually I did. The last thing she told me before I ever bothered talking to her again was “we should meet up again and get drunk” (she was also a alcoholic and went to therapy for 2 years for that and her drug use… she also knew how anti-drug I was and how it saddened me when she drank).
WELP, carry on gentleman, and no I wasn’t trying to make anyone look/feel bad. Just wanted to share that story :p
P.S : note that she when I say she was messed up I mean REALLY messed up. Like, even people who did do drugs was trying to get her some help.
