I like music that either is or sounds like psychedelic blues, but I don't know very many bands out there like that.

those are the only two I can name off the top of my head

if you want jimi music, download this compilation called "CHAINS AND BLACK EXHAUST," it's a bunch of black psych-funk bands from the 60s and 70s. only some stuff is BLUESY but you might like it.

you should listen to "DEAD MEADOW" too. they're probably harder and more metally than that black keys song but at the same time a bit more mystical and fruity and delicate. but it's HEAVY PSYCHEDELIC BLUES ROCK and the best of it that there is.

THE WHITE STRIPES/yes i love danelectros too yes yes/no but isn't this really cup of tea of lot of you guys, read bort chef? i mean psychedelia/stoner rock in it's many forms isn't that different to just bluesrock/psychedelic blues. well actually it is but maybe recommend one of those too?

The Howlin' Wolf Album is exactly what you're looking for. It is not the best thing Howlin' Wolf ever did, but it's pretty awesome and I don't really understand why I've never seen anyone talking about it. I think I am actually the only person who enjoys this album. It's definitely not his best album and he never did anything else like it (apparently he hated it) but it's not at all terrible or anything.

Howlin' Wolf - Spoonful

Listen to that song. That's what the whole album is like. It's psychedelic but entirely blues unlike the stuff you posted, which is blues rock. It's pretty cool and I think you'd like it, so check it out. There's also Electric Mud by Muddy Waters which is really similar, but I don't think it's as good (I haven't listened to it as much yet though!)

Pretty sure critics hate both of these albums.
