So we got a 360 going through a router. Are there any tips/tricks or whatever to make sure it has good performance? Are there any ports or anything I could forward or whatever? Any info at all?

i think the use of the x-box live account or whatever negates the need for a static ip, but here's the ports from microsoft:

unless you're getting problems i doubt this will decrease your latency at all. you could try turning off your interleaving with your isp if that's an option!
