I'm pretty sure alotta people have heard this if you keep up with indie shit but I don't at all.

Metric is some Canadian indie pop/rock/new wave band (yeah I know this sounds bad) with a female lead singer and some great vocal melodies. They released a new album titled "fantasies" recently and I haven't heard a bad song yet on it.


plus the chick in it is really really sexy and I love the way she dances in this song

I like when they zoom back the first time and she's playing the drums.

I haven't listened to this new one yet but I got sick of their old abums because they were too juvenile, in some of their lyrics and their overall sound. very HIGH SCHOOL and not a high school I like.

but yeah I guess it's synthpop or whatever they call goldfrapp.

I only got one older album and I don't think I'm into that one as much as the new one but I like the lyrics she writes in the newer one for the most part.

Help I'm alive and On the sly are are especially good

I think its in help I'm alive she uses "Too tough to be tender, Too hard to be soft" in the chorus and I really liked that line

yeah when they focused on her drumming I thought that they just had another blond chick drummer and then I realized they were switching around.
