The only ones Ive beaten are FFVII and FFX, both times I was so ridiculously overleveled that the fight never lasted longer than one round.

Uh, both 7 and 10 can be finished in one round. 7 with KOTR and 10 with.. uh.. I can't remember. Magus Sisters and doublecast Ultima or Copycat or whatever. With damage break.

Yeah both of those were super easy games.

Really? Who knew. Those bosses were super easy but I never knew they were so easy. All I know was that the door in that pyramid was harder then Sephiroth.

I didn't beat Sephiroth in one round, but with Cloud-Tifa-Cid doing their multihit last attacks and having a stockpile of megalixers, the end boss was a breeze. The games after FF6 were kind of all super easy by comparison.
