okay, so i ordered these parts off NCIX:38149 Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Quad Core Processor LGA775 2.66GHZ 1333FSB 4MB Retail Box31000 Western Digital WD1001FALS Caviar Black 1TB SATA2 7200RPM 4.2MS 32MB 3.5IN Dual Proc Hard Drive OEM42176 Coolermaster R4-L2R-20AC 120MM Case Fan 2000RPM 90CFM 19DBA 3/448514 Gigabyte GA-EP43T-UD3L ATX LGA775 P43 DDR3 1PCI-E 2PCI SATA HD Sound GBLAN Motherboard45244 Liteon IHAS124 24X DVD Writer SATA Black OEM48038 XFX Radeon HD 5770 850MHZ 1GB 4.8GHZ GDDR5 2XDVI HDMI Display Port DIRECTX11 PCI-E Video Card42439 Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 600W ATX 12V V2.3 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan30167 G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-4GBNQ PC3-10666 4GB 2X2GB DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kitnow, i got them all, put them in a case, plugged everything in etcstarted it up, and it would, then it would just get into a reboot loop, with like 1-2second delay between rebootsso i checked all the cables, all were properly done etchad no idea what was wrong, so i unplugged the cpu power, and it ran without problem(well, ran as in just got power), plugged it back in, reboot loopso to see what the f is going on, i went to a buddies house, and he started off by checking the PSU for any off numbers, i was all in the greenso next we put my processor in one of his slightly older gigabyte motherboards, and it ran fine, and he put the core 2 duo that he had in his into my mobo, my computer booted fine etc etc, he booted up his, and his computer booted up fine with my cpuso what could possibly be wrong? which part should i be RMA'ing?also, as an off question: how does ExpressRMA work/is it helpful in my situaion D:
