I'm making
Zapiekanki later today. They're basically french bread halves baked with mushrooms, cheese and whatever else you want on them. It's the Polish equivalent of PIZZA, I guess. Traditional toppings include chives, peppers, ham, corn, kielbasa, onion, and ketchup.
I have never made this before, so hopefully it will turn out OK. I'll try and take some pictures.
I'll take topping recommendations. I won't guarantee I will follow them, though. If they're nasty or expensive, I will probably ignore you.
