yes, I suppose those unfamiliar with the art world and the body of goya's work might make such a connection. quiant.

I tried to make cashew chicken but it was a total freakin disaster. it smells fantastic and tastes ok, but it looks like slop and was really messy and that is NOT good enough for me!! how is anyone going to get v-p to the floor with this junk:

next time I will just get some pre-packaged dumplings from Asia Supermarket, jasmine rice and some kind of sauce. it will look amazing with much less work

yes, i suppose those unfamiliar with themselves and the body of work on spreading activation might come to the conclusion that it's quaint notion.

lately i've been replacing butter on toast with olive oil which was a great idea. i eat this whenever i don't have other food.

dietcoke do you like to try a lot of different types of coffee? i'm wondering cause there's some ethiopian coffee beans that i want to try. they're a little bit more expensive than my usual, but im curious.
I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I do drink a lot of tea. There's this amazing small tea and coffee store here in Rotterdam, and if you're thinking of buying specialty products I say go for it. Don't be discouraged if you taste little difference, as it might take a little while to properly differentiate them at first. When I started drinking proper green tea I could hardly even taste it at first.

Haven't checked this topic in 3 weeks since I was banned, glad it's still going on :)

I just had this for lunch:

A tomato sandwich with fresh spicy olive oil, oregano and some salt and pepper then slightly heated up to warm the bread. When ever I want a taste of Italy, this is the sandwich I make. Admittedly it never quite tastes as good as when I would eat this while actually in Italy. Good Times.

I'm making Zapiekanki later today. They're basically french bread halves baked with mushrooms, cheese and whatever else you want on them. It's the Polish equivalent of PIZZA, I guess. Traditional toppings include chives, peppers, ham, corn, kielbasa, onion, and ketchup.

I have never made this before, so hopefully it will turn out OK. I'll try and take some pictures.

I'll take topping recommendations. I won't guarantee I will follow them, though. If they're nasty or expensive, I will probably ignore you.

Thanks for the great suggestions.... (un)fortunately there was nothing in my fridge so I had to stick with the basic recipe.

The end result: a delicious zapiekanka. [/center]

We had pizza at work for getting a "9" shop for the month.

...How that 9 was achieved remains a mystery.  :fogetshrug:
