This is actually the first time I made muffins (but it was surprisingly easy). idk nothing I make is particularly difficult if you know how to cut vegetables. Cook your own meals for half a year and you can do everything I can, which isn't particularly much.
edit: Cooking can be a pretty good way to relax after work by the way. It forces you to focus on something completely different than what you do during the day.

Forgot about this thread otherwise I would have taken a picture of the fish soup I made recently. Not eaten fresh fish in a long time (years) and have never eaten a freshly made soup before which wasnt from a can so figured I would combine the two. Somehow I ended up rather proud of myself and my aunt didnt mind a guy cooking for her for once.

Fish soup is pretty hard to make from my experience, which fish did you use?

Cous cous with a sauce made with mainly tomatoes, chickpeas and raisins, topped with sea bass baked in butter and served with pistachio nuts and coriander.

Nah I kept it simple with cod, shelled mussels and prawns used lemon garlic then used thyme to garnish.

I should really cook more fresh fish.

Merluza. Added two layers of egg and flour, spices, put it on Korean white rice and topped that with diced onion sauteed in chorizo fat and ajvar, and for color I added steamed string beans.
