The maker of "Mistmoore Chronicles' the game I'm currently playing through, said i could do an edit if i wished but every time i try to open it in rm2k3 maker to examine it i can't even find it doesn't appear among the options no matter what folder i have it in. Any clue why?

There's another possibility: that the RPG_RT.exe has been renamed.
If that's the case, then change its name back to RPG_RT.exe
