Quote #244 (Y2DAZZ) Kevin Kringle, isn't he the character in Home Alone 1 and 2? played by Mecalle Cocan... I haven't got a clue how to spell his name, I haven't seen him since Home Alone 2.
Mecalle Cocan.
I found out yesterday that we have an archive so I decided to look at it and I eventually found that topic where Steel talked about how he and Soap and P-burn and Ramci and I hung out in New York. It was fun and I liked doing it and it got me thinking about how huge Steel was. I mean his presence or whatever. I guess that's why I don't post much anymore, because he's gone now and there's this huge void that's been filled with nothing. The dude was this entire website and without him nothing is actually happening. He was a really good guy and I miss him a lot.
I guess my favorite times were when we all hung out in New York, when Steel and I went on an insane road trip to Florida to find bort (we didn't find him), nearly getting arrested with Hundley and Ramci at that baseball game ("uhhhh, that's a little borderline"), and bort and I hanging out in DC. I guess if you want to include internet stuff, I think the funniest thing was when bort and I were playing WoW in like 2004 and interrupted a raid for like 15 minutes so we could pray towards Mecca in game. I also really liked making Barkley and scheming ridiculous shit up with Drule and working with everyone. GW has a lot of extremely talented and creative people and I'm really glad to have known all of you guys. Seriously, if we all put together our talent and effort we could make something huge!!!! I'm also glad that for the most part GW was sort of in an internet vacuum and internet culture never really got here. I think that's probably got a lot to do with Steel.
We were all pretty awful five years ago. Even just two years ago we were pretty bad. I think we've grown up a lot.
