Gross Windows 7 won't install BitTorrent (Read 899 times)

I got a new laptop yesterday with the completely confusing Windows 7, but this little shield keeps popping up in random places, and seems to be preventing me from installing BitTorrent. I click the button and nothing happens. This shield must be made of pure evil. Any idea on getting past this?

although you'd think so that doesn't actually answer the question! go to the user accounts section of the control panel and check, it should give your account info on the right hand side.

I am using an administrator account.

EDIT: I've now tried to right click the installer and select "Run as Administrator" but even that won't let me install.

EDIT x2: It looks like I've managed to install. Cheers for the help.

i couldn't get bit torrent to work on vista, all torrent programs would just start and then moments later closethemselves, but i don't use torrent any more so meh.
