I might have hit a baby mouse while cutting grass. I say might because it was kind of down in the grass and it didn't have any cuts on it and if a tire ran over it I think it would have been flattened cuz the ground's kinda hard. Police in Bosnia say they have located the girl that sparked global outrage after a disturbing online video surfaced showing her throwing live puppies into a raging river.

London newspaper The Telegraph reports the girl was found after several tips trickled in from animal rights groups in Bosnia.

Officials say the girl is a minor and they are not releasing her name, according to The Telegraph.

The video was posted on YouTube, but has since been taken down. The video surfaced online earlier this week, igniting an angry online crusade to identify the woman.

"The public has good reason to be concerned," PETA Manager Martin Mersereau said in an official statement. "According to law-enforcement agencies and leading mental-health professionals, perpetrators of violent acts against animals are often repeat offenders who pose a serious threat to all animals - including humans."

According to the New York Daily News, the girl's parents are being questioned by local police.
