I purchased a premade pc unit from Overclockers which came with Windows 7 and after turning it on for the first time it asks me to input Windows 7 activation code to keep it unlocked otherwise it will lock down in a month, I suppose this is something you have to do after installing an OS for the first time.

After numerous attempts the code continues to fail and is not reconised. I call overlockers to explain my problem which took almost 20minutes before I got an answer only for them to tell me its a microsoft error and I should call Microsoft.

After almost 30minutes being switched between lines and numbers I finally get through to an actual person from Microsoft who tells me its something I need to sort out with overclockers.

Now I have to wait till monday to try again with overclockers.

This is some bullshit right there.

Tell them this  "give me a windows that work or a replacement or I will send this shit back and you can give me a refund and I will take my business else where."

I feel that this is sarcasm but I really think the fact that there is such a thing (as B.B.B. since they allow you to return stuff.) that it allow you to say that and it will work most of the time too ether A.they can take the loses of money and a customer. or B.Swap out the windows or the whole computer and maybe pleases the customer so he may continue to do business.

Hell if I was in the bossiness stand point I would replace your windows. Also I don't see why they didn't activate windows already before shipping it.

and yet I had to find a way to fit this image in.

You bought it from Overclockers so they are responsible for any problems that may arise. If UK consumer protection is anything like in sweden, they're obligated to take it back regardless of whether it's Microsoft's fault or not. I think it's pretty irresponsible of them to ask you to contact their supplier for them.
