Beast Wars/machines is now the only animated transformers thing I can really watch. It's great. The animation is ropey but like duh, it was the 90's.
And I am going to point out, Beast machines advocated a more buddhist was of thinking (who cares whether avatar does), and the maximals mostly win through non-violent means. As a kid I hated beast machines but as a supposed adult, I appreciate it a lot more.

Arthur is really good. The Love ducks episode is always going to stay in my memory.

i always thought all cartoons was for kids..been watching futurama since i was a kid and the folks don't really care, though now I've grown up I realized, yea this show isn't for kids..

i just loved bear in a big blue house so much to include it in the list.

I use to have Cartoon Network as a child and was happy watching everything on there. Although it would seem a lot of the cartoons I watched on their have been replaced with more newer stuff like Ben 10 and Johnny Test. What ever happened to my old faves like Johnny Bravo and Animaniacs.

I cant even watch the newer Tom and Jerry cartoons they suck so bad.

Hell when I was super young I watched The Simpsons... though The Simpsons was pretty tame then. I know I was really young because my dad would make fun of how me and my siblings would pronounce the name of the show. "Sim-sims" I also started watching Adult Swim as soon as it showed up on TV. I think I was like 14 or so.

Actually, it was the same with Family Guy and South Park only while my parents let me watch it, they told me that I was watching crap but wouldn't stop me from watching except one time my dad overheard some particularly strong stuff that was said on a family guy episode, turned the TV off and told me to go do my homework/go outside. They wouldn't admit that they just thought it was overly vulgar, which was pretty much the reason they disliked it at the time.

Oddly enough they liked Aqua Teen Hunger Force and the Borat movie.

lots of kids watch cartoons like this but that doesn't make them children's cartoons (otherwise all of these would be adult cartoons because here WE are watchin' them)

once again I'm in SYNC with Velfarre and also I wish to watch Rocko's Modern Life again. It seemed either very not for kids or just not something a kid would enjoy. Wasn't the whole premise like he lands his dream job at a comic book store and it still sucks a lot/his life sucks a lot. Makes me think of like one of you guys breaking in to the real game industry but you end up producing the most awful games whatever that is derivative sports games that barely change each year all you do all day is update rosters or like some horrible military shooter that is completely against your principles is basically propaganda

or Ayn Rand the game (somebody made The Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged in RPG Maker one time anybody play that)

also I think watching Muppet Babies now would make my face melt

I had the first season of Biker Mice from Mars at some point, only watched half of it or so but I really liked it.  Except there was nothing likable about it.  It was pretty bad really!!!  But something about idk the crossover from the 80s to 90s aesthetic I really enjoy.

bikermice from mars was pretty blatantly inspired from teenage mutant ninja turtles. strange enough, i never really got into the teenage mutant ninja turtles animation. i did like the later series, called the next mutation or whatever with live action actors, even though it was probably worse when i look back at it

In addition to the ones already mentioned, Thundercats, Swat Kats, Batman (original and Beyond), X-Men (original and Evolution) and Gargoyles were ace.

Also Samurai Pizza Cats had me lol when I was a kid because it was just that silly/funny, not sure if it would still appeal to me now though.

Also, this:

I watched the dutch version though, but regardless. I loved that show, using classic fairytales as themes for the episodes was pretty common in that time (Walter Melon, Super Mario Super Show), but I did love them in this show. Also, that opening song is just awesome, even now.

Oh god I remember Dino Babies.  But it was one of those things that had been completely erased from my mind but as soon as I saw it it all came back to me.  Holy shit, hooooly shit.

the 3 big Stephen Spielberg cartoons are really good. Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and Pinky & the Brain were all ridiculously awesome. The same sort of humor leaked into Tiny Toons, as well.
