So the pre orders just became available it from the looks of it, instead of going with the LoL microtransaction route or the HoN route they decided to do both and add a 30 dollar retail price PLUS microtransactions for god knows what. Kind of irritating, there is also a 5$/month VIP membership so they are really digging for every penny they can get here. Thank Funcom!

I don't know, this is kinda boring. Like, you got these different classes/heroes/characters but all of them are very similar in the end, the gameplay is just not interesting.

Put X amount of players into a small map and let them duke it out in a minute. Who cares?

Yeah, it wasnt anything special. I only enjoyed playing with one champion and that gets borring with no real rewards for winning a match.

The levels in this game mean nothing.

Wow, I'm glad to see that BLC is getting some attention from GW (or is it SW now?).

For those of you who play BLC and are located in the US, you probably know about the disorganized and choppy nature of the US BLC community. I've encountered several US players who are looking for regular inhouse games, tournaments, competitive news, etc. but they just don't know where to look.

That's why I recently started BLC-US. (http://www.blc-us.com)

We recently held an amateur 2v2 tournament and the turnout was a lot better than we thought it'd be. We hope to host more tourneys in the future (with prizes) and build a community for inhouse games so that we can help each other improve and jumpstart the US scene before open beta hits.

If you don't have beta access yet, we're giving away 10 beta keys on a first-come-first-serve basis. More info on our forums.

I guess that's about it. We really want to see BLC flourish in the US, not just EU, because it's such a great game for competitive play.
