Back around January or February of 2008 Gamingw.net held a contest for a logo that would be displayed on the GWLog (blog).

One of the entries was of a Lego man dressed in a business suit in a blue and white color scheme while holding the letters G and W in each hand respectively. I remember this entry specifically because I was rather disappointed that it didn't win. Would anyone know where I can find this graphic or how I would go about contacting the user who created it?

Thank you.

I could be over critical, but I think you could re-do the story to sound less boring and more interesting for people to read. It's like, a wall of boring events that nobody cares enough to read.
It would be better to strive for the 'essence' of what you are trying to depict, and not think in a practical or literal sense. Just think about the origin of what you want to direct what you want your audience to feel.

Unless someone has a backup of old GA you are unlikely to find the artist. As far as I can determine most people that were involved in that aren't around anymore.

Udpate: So after some searching I found out our mysterious artist's username and profile. I believe his name is "Dale Gobbler" formerly known as "Aztec". So I contacted him but apparently the last time he logged in was around the end of November 2010. If anyone knows of him personally or know of another way I can contact him, please let me know immediately.

I would really like this logo guys. I'm willing to pay him at least 100 to 400 for it.
