Hi there... "Salt" World. I've been keeping busy doodling a comicbook at work, biding my time until it's ready to start REALLY working on it.
The comic can be found at http://www.team-captin.com and is very much in a first draft stage.

At any rate, it came out of a dumb Request topic, where instead of giving people the usual pleasure of agony trying to figure out what they mean they want... they got to hit a button to find out what power their character gets. Furthermore, I've since stepped far away from the original sketches (shown below) and into a style of its own. For a strong change of pace, I'm extremely excited about this comic, and adore drawing it. On the way to and from work I will even make doodle-notes of interesting outfits in shop windows or passers-by, just to keep the fashion sense turning in my head. This is a comic I've pretty much been building towards all these years.

Here are some of the original idea character sketches: (you can see what your power is here: http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Random )

I've already GUSHED over this on IRC and shit, but I thought I'd post like the FAUST SEAL OF APPROVAL to the world on this thread.

I was initially drawn to the cool art style and found myself wanting to know more about the characters in this thread - they seemed like they had a lot of personality. I started reading the site I found the draft genuinely funny. I recommend anyone who checks this thread to have a look!!

It's been years since I followed a webcomic, the last few being pvponline, squidi.net, boymeetsboy, and wigu, so I'm pretty excited to have something to follow again. Keep going man, this really rocks.
Hey hey hey

My favorite by far is the girl with the power to lift chairs.

I definitely want to see where this is all headed.

Ha, yeah I saw that comic, but it's pretty bad. This sadly turned web-comic-esque, but really it's going to be a graphic novel in the end. Probably a new name just to be safe, but Power Up! just seems appropriate at the moment. :D

Along with book burning, is Aaron Carter going to be a musical superstar?

Hmm. Guess I'll change his name.
