i was listening to the brian eno thing and decided to script some weird TONAL shit i won't even call it music.. it just kind of makes arcs of tones and textures, then you add reverb eq etc. in post

Yrs ago Something Awful had threads for "unnerving pictures", no overt horror allowed, and they were bonanzas of cursed imagery. Perfect prompt to inspire nerds to collate pictures of things that scare them for abstruse reasons. Then of course they got stupid and lost track of the initial scent of power, descent into creepypasta bullshit. But for several hundred pages of horrified fascination, Open Tins w/ raspy fangs sticking out of brown broth, python the color of Ozzie rocks killing a wet mammal like tube meat muscle, dubious Stephen Gammel type faces in 19th century photography - This place has it all.

just when the part where brian may's selfrighteous gigantic ego interjects in (that nobody likes - "?! why is there a non-related song part, with a random non-singer goof nasallin' in the middle of the song?? and after that goes straight into heavy metal blastbeat part, lol...),
 
right after the arpeggio where the first dittys are said (" Imma man witta one track mind..."), you can still hear a lonesome lazy crash cymbal in left channel i think?
 
I fucking love it, too bad it's too low in the mix. It's kinda XRE moment, a moment of rebellion and tomato throwing throwing from music... guy starts his part, and you can still hear random shit by others underneath, before grumbling and grudgingly accepting and fading out the way of May's turn.

Yeah I always thought it was funny that the other dudes in Queen tried so hard to put their voices out there when you got Fred as a bandmate... Like who the fuck actually likes taylor's stupid car song. Why was it on their best hits, stuck in the middle of all these real songs? There's a ver of Who Wants to Live Forever with Freddie on the first verse instead of May and what on earht does May add
 
In this one, the first minute or so is a completely different song - it's fucking AWESOME - and it makes it laugh everytime at how utterly bullshit it suddenly becomes and remains. John Deacon was the only one of them who seemed to "get it" and he gave the band up after Freddie died. There's also no audible record of his voice in a single queen song afaik, despite what the video for Don't Stop Me Now implies.
 
edit: LMAO in May's part in IWIA... after the second line Freddie goes "Dee dee de-" before the third line, and for god's sake it really gives the impression of him trying to start back up and Brian just dumbly continuing over the top of him
