Every game is mindless if you think of it that way.
If you try to gauge something that's so entirely abstract in terms of "how much more pointless is this game compared to that game", then you're making yourself go braindead already.
Also to assume that any game can live up to something as abstract as it's own potential is pretty weakminded. Even if it kept on getting closer to that potential, all it would accomplish is giving that game even more potential to not live up to.
Although because of currency exchange rates, I had to pay over 20$ US for the game even with the early purchase discount. It's a good game, but I think it'd have to be a long while before I find it worth that much. (and even if it does get to that point, it'll end up costing even more than that by that time anyhow. It's pretty much the only reason I purchased early, even if I find myself feeling a bit ripped off)
