maybe he meant like a SPIRITUAL SEQUEL but still even something like spiritual sequel where you can make it up as you go along it's still a very weak case that they're spiritual sequels

btw it's so weird that Capcom just makes GAMES now (as in, single stand-alone games with no references/cameos or anything)

like I think the entire SNES era all they made was Street Fighter/Megaman and a million sequels/championship editions of those

ok it wasn't that bad they did MICKEY MOUSE WORLD OF ILLUSION or something, and Final Fight

even Mickey Mouse though probably had a Mega Man-style level or power-up though. I guess that's part of it. Hell Breath of Fire had CHUN LI etc. now they're just sort of these unrelated games, not Capcom making self-references to itself all the time. Hell maybe Capcom only had like the same one or two artists back in the day. A large game company should literally do this today, instead of one guy making one computer model of a character or one guy makes SHIRTS etc. a single person should do all the character design. I probably don't know what I'm talking about also Kingdom Hearts when having only one guy do concept art in your game company goes bad

stop acting like a baby throwing a tantrum. we're adults here.

it's specifically a japanese maple leaf btw, which is quite different from any other maple leaf and in certain cultivars has a more similar shape to marijuana leafs. and in the video all you see is the shape and ragnar was joking anyway

it's still some ridiculous Japan sort of gesture to cut any kind of leaf in half anyway
 
like in every other anime when two guys run at each other and slash and then just STAND STILL for about 40 seconds all silhouetted and then one guy falls over only reacting at this point. Or the guy looks down all shocked and surprised to find his guts are falling out like Looney Tunes where the coyote doesn't know he ran off the cliff until he looks down. Maybe there is some real basis for this like if you got slashed open by a sword you would be temporarily numb from SHOCK or whatever but like the guy doesn't even lean over a bit in pain, like being a badass ninja is enough that you could just stand perfectly still with as good posture as the guy who didn't get fatally stabbed
