The place is overrun with spammers and nothing seems to be done with them. Hell, sometimes spam topics receive more posts than legitimate topics. Is anything actually being done to revitalize SW or is it going to die a slow painful death?

If you're desperate for a new functional forum I can provide it's replacement right now. I was hoping to save it until the corresponding mainsite was 100% complete.

the sole person who has control of deleting threads/banning members/installing better spamguards - no, he's hasn't been around. but don't mistake that for a lack of community interest!

All the posts about tramadol > anything else that's ever existed at GW, SW or otherwise.

it is true though, I started taking tram earlier this year, and have had some pleasant kinda laid back times on it. I've also gone to work while fucked on it, and accidentally od'd on it a few times. But yeah it's better than arguing over whether gore vidal has prettier trousers than noam chomsky or not.
